Bleach - Chapter 585-586 Review

Since these chapters are on a certain kind of flow, I'm not really up to diving into the nit picky details of whats going on, especially from the perspective of Chapter 585, since its essentially just Ichigo taking a few hits from the 8 Qunicies here & there and not taking any damage as he rushes towards Yhwach, which I have to say means Ichigo is super sturdy considering hes taking direct hits (except for Bazz-B trying to scorch him, but is averted by Renji).

This easily tells me that Ichigo's durability, not to mention overall strength, has skyrocketed since his return from his training with the Royal Palace.  If Ichigo is this powerful with just Shikai, I'm afraid to see the boost from Bankai, since his bankai power increase is absurdly high and isn't expansive like most bankais (unless it has changed since the reforging).  Either way, I'd love to see a black Getsuga Jijishou (So what if its just an X shaped Getsuga Tenshou, its still nice to see a new technique from someone whos been using the ONE attack for over 580 chapters....well unless you count his cero in his uncontrolled hollow state).

To me, anyways, I believe if Ichigo wasn't in a rush for Yhwach all he'd need to do is just either A) crap all over the qunicies that have come to fight him or B) use Bankai if shikai isn't enough and just make them all look like trash.  Granted they're already trash compared to Ichigo at this point.    And a random question, where the hell is the new Captain Commander?  I'd like to see him do SOMETHING, not to mention finally see his bankai in action cause his Shikai was already powerful as hell.

For 586, its essentially just continuing right off from 585, which obviously makes sense.  Ichigo breaks away from the Quincies, as backup has arrived.  Honestly all that needed to show up was Byakuya, Renji, and Rukia since those three are amped up all to hell from their new training.  Not to mention Rukia's bankai could probably crap all over most of them, if not out right kill them.  That's just my speculation though considering it absolutely devastated As Nodt in his strongest state.  Despite Bazz B's fire power, I want to say Rukia's ice power has exceeded Toshiro's, though its yet to be seen what he can do now since he got his bankai back and has been training like a mad man.  Still, Rukia's bankai is awesome.  Plus the garb she gets is hot.  (I'm a Rukia fan, sue me).

The bigger part of the chapter though is Ichigo catches up to Yhwach.  Though to one's surpise, its Uryu show steps forward to tell Ichigo to leave, firing a warning shot, which Ichigo just swats away.  Ichigo demands whats up, Uryu then uses his epic 1000 arrow thing...which again Ichigo just craps on and takes no hits.  For a Qunicy that's supposed to be really strong, hes weak as piss against Ichigo (Unless hes holding back, which is a valid possibility).

Not sure what to do, Ichigo is pretty much stunned at whats going on.  Then out of nowhere Orihime and Sado show up....who have been off doing god knows what wasting time.  Seriously whatever they have done or managed to collect probably isn't worth it unless its another fighter (speculation is Grimmjow, who was never stated to have died, and a lot of other people are saying its Grimmjow too).

I'm somewhat eager to see what happens when Yhwach arrives in the Royal Palace, cause we already know the Elite Five are waiting and I do NOT see them getting tossed aside so easily.  The coming chapters better show them in action cause after all this hype about them being awesome and powerful better come into play.

(I want to mention the stuff about Ichigo wearing stuff that lets him go to & fro from the Royal Palace and Soul Society is weird)
